If you mean that you want to get rid of the fields and replace them with plain text that represents the result of the field, then the easiest method is to select the entire document (Ctrl+A) and then press Ctrl+Shift+F9 to "unlink" the fields.

To toggle all the fields in your document, press Alt + F9. So if you open a document and see field codes instead of results, simply press Alt + F9 to toggle them all. You'll use this toggling feature when you're inserting complex fields, and it's great for debugging.

Put cursor in Find what text box and enter ^d to find all fields. Next click Find In and choose Main Document. You will see all fields are in selection now. You can choose to highlight them as to stand out.
