Alcon and Johnson & Johnson Vision Care have agreed to settle the claims against them with a $75 million class action settlement. Alcon will contribute $20 million, while Johnson & Johnson will contribute $55 million. These funds join previous settlements with CooperVision and ABB Optical Group.

If approved, the T-Mobile settlement will be the second-largest data-breach payout in US history. T-Moble has agreed to a $350 million payout to settle litigation over a 2021 cyberattack that exposed millions of users' personal information.

Several contacts providers including 1-800 Contacts have agreed to pay a combined $40 million to resolve antitrust claims against them. The settlement benefits individuals who made at least one online purchase of contact lenses from: 1-800 from Jan.

The settlement includes US residents who paid for an iCloud Plus subscription any time between Sept. 16, 2015, and Jan. 31, 2016, and had a US mailing address associated with their account. According to Apple, nearly 16.9 million people qualify as eligible class members.

You don't need to do anything to join the class. As long as the email you used to sign up for iCloud storage during that time is still active you should receive a notification that you are a class member. Apple denies any wrong-doing, but it has agreed to pay the sum to avoid a trial.
