Comment on PDF Documents For Free

Have your document open in PDF Annotator. Choose Insert Image from the drop down menu under Edit in the standard menu bar or click the Insert Image icon on the tool selection toolbar. You will get a dialog box to find your picture. Navigate to and select the image that you want to insert.

Choose File > Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Summarize Comments button. When prompted "Do you want to include the text of summarized comments...," click Yes.

If you want to allow commenting on a PDF file, you must be the author of the file or have access to the Adobe Acrobat program that was used to construct it. Even if you use the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat to create a PDF, older versions of the program can still be used to read and comment on the file.

Click on the ?Markup? button, located on the left side column. This will open more options on the toolbar. Choose your desired tool and location where you want to insert a comment in PDF. Options include Text comment, sticky note, text box, or text callout.

Click on the PDF you have uploaded to see the preview. Open with>Google Docs. Google Docs will then turn the PDF into an editable google doc automatically. Note: Google Drive does not provide PDF editing.
