To merge invoices together, use the advanced invoice search to filter invoices by customer, then select the invoices you need to combine from the list and press the Merge Invoices link that appears in the checkbox at the top of the invoices list.

Here's how: Go to the Sales menu and proceed to the Invoices tab. Look for the invoice and click on it. Select Edit invoice in the lower-right hand corner. Add the products or service items from the second invoice. Click Save and send.

A consolidated invoice is when a customer pays for multiple services or products at the same time. They are common in industries such as SaaS where a customer company might use several different services offered by the same provider that would otherwise be invoiced separately.

To merge two items: Click Lists > Item List. Review the list for duplicate items; note the name of the item you want to remain. Double-click the item you want to merge into another item.Type in the Item Name/Number field the name exactly as you noted it in step 2. Click OK to save your change.

Combine Multiple Invoices Into One Go to Transactions > Invoices. Click Combine Invoices. Select the customer that you want to invoice. Check the box next to the invoices you want to combine. Click Combine Selected Invoices.

The consolidated invoice combines charges of multiple subscriptions into a single transaction and hence the invoice is paid by a single payment method (for example, paid in full by credit card, ACH, or direct deposits). Consider this example of multiple subscriptions of a single customer.
