Just follow these steps: Press Ctrl+F to display the Find tab of the Find and Replace dialog box.Make sure there is nothing in the Find What box. Click Format.Make sure the Patterns tab is displayed.From the colors available, choose the color you want to find. Click OK to close the Find Format dialog box.

Drag the rows or columns to another location. Hold down OPTION and drag the rows or columns to another location. Hold down SHIFT and drag your row or column between existing rows or columns. Excel makes space for the new row or column.

To do this, click on the first cell that you want to highlight, then press and hold the Shift key. While you are holding the Shift key, click on the last cell that you want to highlight. This will highlight all of the rows that contain the cells that you selected.

6. To highlight the rows in a selection that contain data, press Ctrl + Shift + Spacebar, then press Shift + F5. This shortcut will select the entire row of the active cell, then select only the rows that contain data. You can then use any of the other row selection shortcuts to further modify the selection.
