As a warrantor, you must designate, or title, your written warranty as either "full" or "limited." As a warrantor, you must state certain specified information about the coverage of your warranty in a single, clear, and easy-to-read document.

When you buy a TV and you have a written promise that it will be repaired for free if it breaks within the first year, this is an example of a warranty.

Four common types of warranties are the express warranty, implied warranty, extended warranty, and special warranty deed. An expressed warranty guarantees that a product will meet certain conditions of quality and performance.

Provide details on how the consumer should contact the manufacturer regarding repair or replacement, including packaging and shipping instructions.
