A rollup field performs calculations, creates aggregates, and builds formulas on specific cells from records that are linked to another field in your table. Add the rollup field. Choose a table to summarize records.

You want to summarize data coming from the Prospects table, so would select that table. Then you would select Budget as the column that you want to summarize. And finally, you would select SUM as the rollup function to use. It's really that easy!

When you open the Field Options panel, you'll see a Smart Logic tab. Go ahead and click this to open it, then select Enable Conditional Logic. Now that conditional logic has been enabled, you should see a few dropdowns to set your condition rule.

To use an IF function in Airtable, you'll need to create a new field. You can do so by scrolling to the right of your base in any grid view and clicking the "+" icon. Give it a descriptive name, then choose the field type Formula. This calls up a box where you can write your formula.

To add conditions to a form field, click on the field to view the display settings. The "Show field only when conditions are met" option will be toggled off by default. When you toggle on that option, you can add a new condition by choosing the field, operator, and comparison value.
