You can add comments to anything in Word, including text, images, charts, tables, etc....To add a comment to something in Word, simply:Select the text (or object) you want to comment on.Navigate to the Review tab.Click New Comment.Write your comment.

Just like in dashboard comments, you can mention/tag any users with access to the dashboard in your chart comments. Just type @ or + and you'll see the list of users you can tag. You can search for a specific user in that list by typing out their username or email.
