Certify Payment Release For Free

Certify works directly with the credit companies and the issuing banks to automatically receive your corporate credit card data in Certify. We receive nightly data feeds from all of the major credit card companies, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club.

It takes at least three weeks to process a claim and issue payment to most eligible workers. With the large amount of claims we are processing, there may be delays. We appreciate your patience.

In the To field, enter receipts@certify.com. In the Subject line, enter the receipt name. Alternatively, if a vendor has emailed you a receipt, you can forward the emailed receipt to receipts@certify.com. Step 2: Attach your receipts to the email.

This pending status occurs for many reasons, such as a claimant's answer to a biweekly certification question that triggered the need for an eligibility interview. We know many claimants who cleared fraud filters and verified identity have been waiting too long for payment, said EDD Director Rita Saenz.

Payment information is updated daily at 6 a.m. (Pacific time). If you submit your certification by phone, your payment will generally be deposited on to your EDD Debit CardSMwithin 24 hours. Note: If you submitted your certification by mail and/or requested your benefit payments by check, allow 10 days for processing.

Archived: A report that has been approved, processed, and reimbursed, that has been moved to the Archived folder for permanent storage.
