Categorize Date Voucher For Free

A voucher is a document that shows the details of a transaction for any goods that have been purchased or any service that has been rendered. It can be said to be a written document that supports the entries made in the record books that helps in verifying the accuracy of the transactions.

VOUCHER DATE means the date (60) days following the EFFECTIVE DATE and is the date by which the SETTLEMENT ADMINISTRATOR must email the VOUCHERS to CLASS MEMBERS who submit a timely and proper VOUCHER REQUEST.

Any written documentation supporting the entries reported in the account books, indicating the transaction's accounting accuracy, can be referred to as a voucher. For example, a bill, invoice, receipt, salary and wages sheet, pay-in-slip counterfoil, cheque book counterfoil, or trust deed.

If a Customer does not exchange a Voucher for goods or services by the Voucher Expiry Date your obligations to exchange the Voucher will cease. The price paid for any unused goods or services remaining in the Voucher following the Voucher Expiry Date will be retained by you.

Upon completion of your FUNDED travel authorization/orders you must file a travel voucher/claim within 5 days of return. Click on Official Travel; Select 'Vouchers' you will see a hyperlink 'Create New Voucher from Authorization'. Select the appropriate trip to create the voucher against.

Once you complete your trip, DoD policy mandates travel voucher submission within five working days of returning from TDY. By design, information from the approved DTS authorization (cost estimates and assumptions) carries over into the voucher at CREATED.

Whenever a user creates voucher, by default Tally will fetch the voucher date from the last date of entry. When this feature is enabled, the voucher date will be same as system date.
