Business Letter Hide Text Fields For Free

When you hide text, you can't view or print the text unless you select the Hidden Text option in the Options dialog box. When you display or print hidden text, the characters appear with a dotted lined underneath. Hiding text does not protect your text from being seen, but it does conceal it from others.

Microsoft Word has long had the option of displaying the page margins as "text boundaries." Remove the borderSelect the text box or shape. If you want to change multiple text boxes or shapes, click the first text box or shape, and then press and hold Ctrl while you click the other text boxes or shapes.On the Format tab, click Shape Outline, and then click No Outline.
