Anyone who executed a Google search between Oct. 25, 2006, and Sept. 30, 2013, and clicked on a link in the search results can collect part of the settlement.

This week, residents have reported receiving payments in the amount of $95.38. Class-action members who appeared in a photo in the Google Photos app between , and April 25, 2022, were eligible for a cut of the settlement. Users had to submit a claim by September 24th, 2022.

How do I submit a claim? To file a claim, you need to complete a registration form and receive a Class Member ID. Claims must be filed online or postmarked by p.m. PT on July 31, 2023. The deadline to object to or be excluded from the settlement is also July 31.
