Open the message. In the top right corner, click the three dots to open a menu. Click Block sender's name Click Block again.

Click New. Under Step 1; on the first box, choose Sender's name; on the second box, choose contains; then on the third box, type in the keyword that you want to block. Under Step 2, choose the radio button Delete these messagesdon't even put them in my Deleted folder. Click Save.

The only reason for blocking a sender's email address or domain is if you are constantly receiving emails from the same individual or entity. This feature can be useful for blocking newsletters that you're having trouble unsubscribing from.

Start by selecting Rules and Alerts from the Tools menu, and click on the New Rule button. Check the option Start from a blank rule, select Check messages when they arrive, and click on Next. Click on Next again and click on Yes to confirm that this rule will apply to every message.
