In a word processing document, you can also create a floating text box by converting an inline text box. Choose Insert > Text Box; an inline text box appears. Click the inline text box to select it, and then click the Floating button in the format bar.

Click the shape or text box that you want to add a fill to. To add the same fill to multiple shapes or text boxes, click the first one, and then press and hold SHIFT while you click the others. To add or change a fill color, click the color that you want, or to choose no color, click No Fill.

Select the shape or text box. On the Drawing Tools Format tab, click Text Fill > More Fill Colors. In the Colors box, either click the color you want on the Standard tab, or mix your own color on the Custom tab. Custom colors and colors on the Standard tab aren't updated if you later change the document theme.

Select the text you want to hide, switch to the Home tab on the Ribbon, and then click the arrow at the bottom right of the Font group. This opens up the Font window. Turn on the Hidden option and then click the OK button.

Click on a text box and press Ctrl key. While holding Ctrl key, click on other text boxes that you want to copy. Now, when you have selected all the text boxes, while holding Ctrl key, do left-click with the mouse and drag the mouse. All the selected text boxes will be copied.

Go to Insert > Drawing. Paste the image (Ctrl/Cmd V) in the Drawing application. Select the Text tool and drag the text box to wherever you want it over the image, resizing it as needed. Type in the text you want to add, using the font of your choice.

Click the "Yes, Start Enforcing Protection" button under Start Enforcement. Click the "Password" option in the dialog box that appears to specify a simple password protection scheme for the document. Type a password in the two text boxes provided. Click "OK" to lock the text boxes.
