For a land disturbance involving one acre or more of land disturbance, an approved Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan is required.

A Building Permit is required to construct, enlarge, alter, reconstruct, repair, move, demolish & replace a building or structure; to convert unfinished space to occupiable rooms; and/or to change the occupancy or use of a building or portion of a building.

Conditioned new construction and additions $0.42/square foot $200 min. Includes fee for building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roof and miscellaneous permits like ground rod, early service release, temporary pole, fireplace, and sidewalk.
