At the top, click To review. (Optional) To filter your work by class, click All classes and select a class. Mark as reviewed. After you mark work as reviewed, you can see it in the Reviewed list.

When a few minutes have passed, 'diffuse' through the classroom by walking around with a marking pen in hand (I use a red pen). Mark student work in real time, as they are doing it. Of course reinforce your written comments with verbal feedback (and you can even write 'verbal feedback give' or 'VF' on the work).

When students have completed the assignment, they simply click the Mark As Done button to let the teacher know they have finished. Note: The teacher does NOT receive an alert or email notification when work has been turned in, or marked as done.The teacher already has the right to view and edit the file.

Mark as Done moves the mail to the "Done" tab and marks it like that. It means there is nothing more to do with this mail, but it is still valuable for you to keep. Using More Global Settings Auto Mark as Done setting, you can cause replied messages to be automatically marked as Done.

You turn in your work online in Classroom. Depending on the type of assignment and attachments, you'll see Turn in or Mark as Done. If you need to edit work that you turned in, you can unsubmit the assignment before the due date, make your changes, and resubmit.

To mark on students' assignments, tap Open with, then choose the app to want to open the page with, and then mark or check the file. After editing, tap Save to students' Google Drive. It will be returned.
