The Show Page Breaks option on the Advanced tab will be grayed out if you are in Page Layout view or in Page Break Preview view. This only shows up if you are in Normal View.

The new page is created to prevent footnotes (or endnotes) from two different sections of the document from being displayed on the same page. The continuous section break is sometimes used to change the number of columns that appear on a single page.

Adjust automatic page breaksSelect the paragraph following the unwanted page break.On the Format menu, select Paragraph, and then select the Line and Page Breaks tab.Clear the Keep lines together, Keep with next, and Page break before check boxes.

Solution: This is caused by slight differences in paper margins reported by Win2PDF compared to the paper printer. You can remove the extra blank page by modifying the layout of the report. Open the Access database in design view and select the properties for the report and change the report width.

In Microsoft Word, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Enter to insert a page break. If your printer is starting a new page or printing blank pages where it shouldn't, page breaks may be in the document. To verify the document contains no hidden page breaks, enable formatting marks.
