To import transcript entries based on the paragraphs in a Word document.Check that your document is formatted correctly. NVivo creates a transcript entry for each paragraph. In NVivo, open the video or audio source that you want to import transcript entries into.On the Media menu, clickImport Transcript Entries.

When you are ready to send a transcript, you simply sign onto your Clearinghouse secure account, upload the file, and specify the recipient (consult the registry to obtain the recipient's identification number and file type). Each time you successfully upload a file, you will receive a confirmation email.

The transcription text is stored automatically in the project file every 5 minutes. You can change this time interval in the Transcription settings. To access the settings, click the gear icon at the top right of your MAXQDA window.
