Annotate Initials Form For Free

Click the Comment button (top right), or select from the menu bar: View > Comment > Annotations. The Comment pane will appear on the right of the screen. Select an annotation tool listed under the Annotations heading, then click on the document where you want the annotation to be made.

An annotation symbol is a tag or symbol applied to a family to uniquely identify that family in a project. The tag can also include properties that appear on schedules. See Creating a Schedule or Quantity.

The definition of an annotation is an added note that explains something in a text. The definition of an archaic term in the Bible, listed on the bottom of the page, is an example of an annotation.

Go to View > Show Markup Toolbar or click the (sketch pen) icon on the top right. Use the selection and the markup tools annotate the PDF. You can use type, sketch, draw, use shapes, add notes, sign, and change the format for all. Click Done after you finish marking up the PDF.

Underlining and HighlightingUnderlining or highlighting is the most straightforward method of annotation, as well as the least engaging. Marking certain words, phrases or sentences with a highlighter, pen or pencil can quickly identify key concepts of any text.
