Affix Date Diploma For Free

In extenuating circumstances, there may be times when you need your degree conferred ahead of your scheduled ceremony. There is a process where you may request an early release of your diploma.

Please submit a Service Request in Mosaic to request the delivery of your diploma following convocation. Complete the Diploma Delivery Request Form and attach it to the Service Request. You will be contacted by phone for your payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Graduation With Distinction standing is awarded when a minimum Cumulative GPA of 9.5 is achieved in a degree program. In this case, the Latin phrase summa cum laude (?with highest honour?) will appear on the graduate's diploma.

Ing to McMaster's new Course Repeat policy, effective September 1, 2018, students may repeat a course twice (i.e., attempt a course three times). Cross-listed courses count as attempts. Grades from every attempt will appear on the academic transcript.

You will be required to provide your Western ONECard or government-issued photo ID to pick up your parchment. If you are unable to pick-up your degree on the day of your ceremony it will be available for pickup in-person from Student Central after 3 business days following the date of your scheduled ceremony.

A minimum overall average of 88% or higher is required for application consideration. Applicants must complete a mandatory on-line assessment (© Kira Talent) by February 1 each year.

?Knowledge Graduation is the term used to acknowledge that you have met your academic requirements and you have been approved to complete your program of study. Convocation refers to the in-person ceremony where your credential (i.e. degree, diploma or certificate) is presented to you.
