Adjust Bullets Text For Free

This problem occurs because Word 2007 does not automatically create a tab as part of a hanging indent for a bullet in a list or for a number in a list. Earlier versions of Word automatically create a tab as part of a hanging indent for a bullet in a list or for a number in a list.

Click one of the alignment options, which are small icons with tiny lines, in the "Paragraph" section of the ribbon/toolbar. Click the "Right Alignment" button to right-align the bullets, click the "Center Alignment" button to center the bullets.

Right-click, and then click Adjust List Indents. Change the distance of the bullet indent from the margin by clicking the arrows in the Bullet position box, or change the distance between the bullet and the text by clicking the arrows in the Text indent box.

The problem with wrong bullet formatting It is usually invisible but it is still selectable. So all that you have to do is to select it and then press CTRL Spacebar which resets the formatting. Problem solved.
