Add Table License For Free

Restricted tables tables that are tied to the functionality of Dynamics 365 apps (such as Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Customer Service) require app users to have the corresponding license for that application if they want to create, update, or delete rows within the tables.

As announced in August, Power Automate is now a fundamental part of the Office 365 suite.

Neither the Office 365 E3 or Office 365 E5, give a P1 or P2 license. Currently, they give you what is called Seeded PowerApps, which is limited Power Apps capabilities, which are included in various Office 365 and Dynamics 365 licenses. Microsoft Dataverse for Teams is free. You don't have to buy an additional subscription to use it. Subscriptions that allows you to use Microsoft Dataverse for Teams for free: Office 365 E1, E3, E5, F3.

As Dataverse continues to grow, more Microsoft applications like Microsoft Project are using Dataverse. To enable these Microsoft applications, limited Dataverse functionality is added to select Microsoft 365 licenses. This is achieved by adding a new service plan named "Dataverse" to the Microsoft 365 licenses.

PowerApps has four major ways to license the functionality: 1) Included Office 365 using PowerApps within the context of Office 365 is included in the service at no additional charge. Qualifying licenses for PowerApps include Business Premium, Business Essentials, F1 Plan, and the E1-E5 Enterprise Plans.

Dynamics 365 for Marketing is a tenant-based subscription license. If purchased as a standalone, $1,500 per month will allow you to assign Marketing licenses to any number of users in your tenant.
