In the form builder, from the Drag &Drop Fields section on the left side of the page, click the Media & Structure section. Click or Drag the Add Row field to the builder pane. Drag the fields you will like to have as multiple columns into the added row.

On the form template, place the cursor where you want to insert the layout table. On the Tables toolbar, click Insert, and then click Layout Table. In the Insert Table dialog box, enter the number of columns and rows that you want to include in the table.

On the Access status bar, click Design View. In the Field Name column, select a blank row and type a name for the new field. In the Data Type column, next to your new field name, select a data type for the new column. Save your changes.

On the form template, place the cursor where you want to insert the layout table. On the Tables toolbar, click Insert, and then click Layout Table. In the Insert Table dialog box, enter the number of columns and rows that you want to include in the table.

Go to Forms > Edit > Edit Field > Advanced > CSS Class Name and add gf_left_half to the Website field and gf_right_half to the Email field.

To create columns in the editor, drag and drop fields directly into a column drop zone and the editor will automatically add the column and re-size existing fields.
