High School Transcripts Certain Ontario high schools allow you to request your official high school transcript electronically (completed courses only) through OCAS. You can access it from the 105 application in the Transcripts section under ?Transcripts from Ontario High Schools? and ?Find out if you are eligible?.

Copies of high school transcripts are issued by the school from which you graduated. If your high school still exists, contact the school directly with your request. contact the successor school (e.g.: Citadel High School is the successor school for Queen Elizabeth High School and St. Patrick's High School).

Go to myPass.alberta.ca. Set up an Education Account or sign in with social login. Enter your Alberta Student Number (shown on all Alberta Education correspondence or available from your school) and date of birth.

In order to obtain a Nova Scotia High School Graduation Diploma for Adults, you will need a total of 12 credits: 6 compulsory credits and 6 elective credits. The 6 elective credits must come from the Grade 11 or 12 level and at least five of the 12 total credits must come from the Grade 12 level.

Need a Replacement for your High School Diploma? Please contact the High School or School District from where you graduated, and request a duplicate or copy of your transcript. The NMPED does not maintain any student records.

How to request your official transcripts. Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification.

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.
