Customize the Lightning Record PageFrom the Admissions Connect app, go to a record page. Click.From Setup, in Object Manager, click the object name for the page you want to edit.From Setup, go to the Lightning App Builder page, then click Edit next to the page name.

On the Highlights Panel Properties page, click a box to edit the fields in it. Use the drop-down list to choose the type of information to include in each field. To leave a field blank, choose None . You can't move or delete Case Number or Created Date .

From the Setup menu on a record page, select Edit Page. When you select Edit Page for the first time, Salesforce makes a copy of the standard page. This copy is what you edit in the Lightning App Builder. If a customized page exists and is active, selecting Edit Page opens that page to edit.

Go to page layout of said object. Remove from Mobile and Lightning actions all actions. Once removed you should not see any buttons in said highlight panel.

Up to ten fields on your compact layout populate the record highlights section at the top of each record view in the Salesforce mobile app. The record highlights section in Lightning Experience uses the first seven fields on the compact layout.
