Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Both processes must be completed before eligibility to take the examination can be granted by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.

There is no CEU requirements for the renewal of LPN or RN licenses in Indiana. Licenses that are expired less than 3 years may renew online using mylicense.in.gov and will incur the late fee. If your license has expired for three or more years, reinstatement can be filed online using mylicense.in.gov.
