- Refer to Schedule CT-40PNR for the county tax due and enter this amount on line 9.
- Add lines 8, 9, and 10, and enter the total on line 11 as your Indiana Taxes.
- Enter any credits from Schedule F on line 12 and offset credits from Schedule G on line 13.
- Add lines 12 and 13 to find your total credits and enter this amount on line 14.
- If line 14 is greater than line 15, subtract line 15 from line 14 for the calculation on line 16.

- Subtract line 17 from line 16 and enter this result on line 18 as your overpayment.
- If there are any penalties or interest, calculate those and enter totals on lines 20 to 25 as instructed.

- If expecting a refund, calculate it based on previous entries and provide direct deposit details if desired.
