The United States Department of the Treasury (Treasury) Financial Manual (TFM) prescribes the USSGL requirements. The USSGL is a TFM Supplement that Treasury updates at least annually. Treasury provides notice of changes that are effective immediately in Bulletins that are later codified in the TFM.
