Party Attire Wear cool, comfortable and flexible clothing that allows gymnasts to move freely. Leotards for girls and shorts and t-shirts for the boys are recommended.

Partygoers will experience an exciting range of gymnastics and ninja activities, as well as have fun using our equipment such as giant air tracks, sprung floors, beams, bars and ninja obstacle course plus much, much more! View the video gallery.

While leotards are the preferred gymnastics dress code, girls may also wear athletic shorts and a snug fit tank or T-shirt that can be tucked in.

All children should wear loose, comfortable play-type clothing. Children are welcome to wear leotards. Please do not have your child wear jeans, belts, or dresses to the party. All activities will be done barefoot.

Boys may wear gym shorts or sweatpants and a T-shirt that can be tucked in securely. Girls may also wear gym shorts or sweatpants and a T-shirt, or they may wear leotards (any color or style). No tights or jewelry are permitted. Long hair needs to be pulled back and secured.

Timings for the day are usually 70 minutes of gymnastics followed by 30 mins for the Party tea. Activities will include games to warm up, followed by a range of skills, such as shapes, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, headstands, and handstands to name but a few.
