Permits cost $195 ($75 permit + $120 surcharge). Permits are limited to 1 per licensed driver and a maximum of 3 permits per address/unit. Downtown District - Includes the Central Business District, South Waterfront and the Pearl District - $2.00 per hour 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Meter parking guidelines vary by district but are generally enforced Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Rates range from $1 to $3.50 per hour and payment can be made through credit card, coin, or mobile app. There are also various lots available throughout the city with varying times and rates.

The annual permit fee for passenger vehicles is $144 ($71 if the permit area expires in less than six months). A sign which regulates the amount of time a vehicle may park such as “Parking 30 minutes”, is in effect from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding City recognized holidays, unless the regulating sign shows other restrictions for days or hours.
