The type of transaction (refinancing, selling, or paying off) will determine the documents needed. The payoff statement will be faxed or mailed to the address of record within 20-25 business days of receipt.

What is a late fee? A late fee is assessed if a full payment is not received within 15 days of the payment due date. The late fee is calculated at 4 percent of the customer's portion of the principal and interest payment due on the account, unless state law requires a different rate.
