Alliant's High-Rate Savings account has no monthly fees as long as you elect to receive eStatements. If you need paper statements, you'll be charged a $1 monthly service fee.

Disconnection for nonpayment may occur only after we have sent a written notice of disconnection by regular mail postmarked at least 12 days before service is to be shut off. This notice must include the reason for disconnection. We must try to contact you by phone or in person prior to disconnection.

Alternatively, you can dispute the charges online through Alliant online banking. First, select your Visa card from your list of accounts. Then click the “Manage Accounts” tab, select “Dispute Transaction” and follow the prompts to identify and submit the specific transaction(s) you want to dispute.

Is my money safe at Alliant Credit Union? Yes. Alliant deposit accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for up to $250,000, per depositor, for each account ownership category, in the event of a credit union failure.

Do I have to maintain a minimum balance to have my savings account or to earn interest? The minimum balance to keep your account open is $5. To earn interest, you must maintain a daily average minimum balance of $100. Alliant interest is paid monthly.

We allow members a ten day grace period after maturity to withdraw funds without being charged an early withdrawal penalty.
