Checking and analyzing your score You can access your score online at psat.org/scorereport. Once you're logged in, the first thing you will see is your Total Score. This is the combination of your scores from the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and Math sections.

Access student scores in the K–12 Reporting Portal. Educators can access 2022 PSAT/NMSQT scores online in the K–12 Reporting Portal starting November 28, 2022. Students can get their scores on December 5 or 6, 2022 depending on their location.

How Difficult is the PSAT? The PSAT focuses on math, reading, writing and language concepts that high school sophomores and juniors typically have already studied in their academic courses, so the test should not be difficult for well-prepared high school students.

In general, PSAT scores are released online about eight weeks after taking the PSAT test. Scores are released over the course of two days. Which day your results will become available will depend on which state you live in.

How do I review my PSAT/SAT practice questions and answers? Go to your SAT Dashboard. Select the Review tab. Click on the practice question set you wish to review.

Older versions of the PSAT had a wrong-answer penalty so that students who guessed on questions would not have an advantage over students who left questions blank. This penalty has been removed; make sure you never leave a PSAT question blank!

The College Board, which administers the exam, typically releases PSAT scores at the beginning of December.
