The Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) is a free, standardized reporting template developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) that facilitates the transfer of information through the supply chain regarding mineral country of origin and the smelters and refiners being utilized.

The latest version of CMRT, version 6.21, was released on May 6, 2022, with minor changes in the Smelter list tab. There were some minor revisions made to CMRT- 6.22 to address the reported issues, mainly related to the “Product list” tab. We anticipate releasing the next version of the CMRT in spring 2023.

The most recent version of the template CMRT 6.22 was released in May 2022 and replaces the previous version, CMRT 6.10. The major changes you will see in CMRT 6.22 (released 11th of May, 2022) include: Corrected color scheme on the Checker & Smelter List tabs. Revision of the translations and instructions tabs.
