A form RX1 is required when applying for: a standard form restriction as a standalone application; a standard form restriction when the application is not made in one of the forms or documents listed in rule 92(7) of the Land Registration Rules 2003; or. a non-standard form restriction.

In the diagram, R1 is the resistance of the part you are measuring. Vo is the voltage that results between R1 and the 2000 Ω resistor. The multimeter module measures the voltage between the two resistors with P1.

RX1 refers to the resistance measured in ohms on a digital multimeter which means that resistance times one.

In an analog multimeter where you are reading the position of a pointer needle against a scale, R X 1 means that you are reading resistance in ohms directly. R X 10 means that you have to multiply by 10, R X 100 you have to multiply by 100.

It is an application to register a restriction, which is an entry on the legal title preventing certain types of transactions affecting the property from being registered at Land Registry (such as a mortgage or transfer of ownership) from being registered without certain conditions being met.

A digital multimeter is a test tool used to measure two or more electrical values—principally voltage (volts), current (amps) and resistance (ohms).
