6. Review the terms and conditions provided in the form. Acknowledge that PANL has the right to decline or remove any advertisement, and ensure you are clear on the payment terms to avoid any surcharges for overdue accounts.
7. Once all sections are completed, save changes to your form. You can choose to download, print, or share the filled form as needed. Ensure that you keep a copy for your records.
