The USPS delivers to addresses regardless of the name on the mail piece. If there is a Forwarding Order for a particular individual and that address, the First and Second Class mail for individual will be forwarded.

Shipping addresses are the address to which you would like your order shipped. Mailing addresses are the address where you currently receive mail. Billing addresses are the address on the credit card that is being used to place the order. The mailing address and billing address will be the same for most people.

The customer is free to give you their address or not. If you want you can send them the replacement MCF. There are standard procedures for replacements, but there is no real requirement for you to follow them. Don't expect to get reimbursed for the broken item, though.

The buyer's mailing address includes their personal name in the top line then a C/O {corporation} in the second line with the corporate address.

The definition of an address is a written or verbal statement, or the physical location of something. An example of an address is the President's Inaugural speech. 123 Main Street, New York, NY 10030 is an example of an address.

Any time you are asked for the first line of your address, you simply need to put in the number of your building and the name of the street where you live. Other information, such as apartment number, goes elsewhere, so you don't need to worry about it here.

Amazon offers nothing to validate you as a trusted seller (not like Google ore eBay). The best way to present yourself as a genuine seller is your feedback rating. Not all shoppers look at this, but if/when they do, then they can see you high rating (I assume) compared to other lower ratings.

Address line 1 should contain the primary address information and secondary address information (e.g., floor, suite or mail stop number) on one line. Address line 2 should contain the building/dorm or school name.
