Course withdrawal is not available to undergraduate students, except to withdraw all enrolled courses, termed as Leave of Absence . IMPORTANT: Students who have dropped or withdrawn a course(s) need to claim their revised Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) to make the transaction official.

And while it may not be ideal, dropping a class is usually not a big deal. In most cases, dropped classes will simply appear as “W” (withdrawal) on your transcript. This means that the class will not count toward your GPA, but it also won't have a negative impact on your academic record.

Students must ensure that he/she has taken the pre-requisite of the subjects, a student who did not pass the pre-requisite will be dropped and will be charged with 20% retention fee.

Course Drop: Removal of a course from your schedule prior to the end of the first week of class. Course Withdrawal: Any removal of a course from your schedule after the end of week one using the online form provided.

The No Fail Policy means that a grade of withdrawn (W) shall be reported in place of a 0.0. A mark of W means that credit is not earned for the course but it is not considered a failure. The W mark is not included in the computation of the GPA.

A withdrawal from a class (W) is GPA-neutral: instead of a grade, you receive a W notation on your transcript which does not affect your GPA; you also don't earn credits for the course.

Students who missed the pre-enlistment will still be able to enroll online as long as students were enrolled the previous term. But note that NO PRE-ENLISTMENT, NO ADVANCE ENLISTMENT!

A Withdrawn (W) grade is for those who submitted all the requirements and took the final exam, but did not meet the standards. It is not a failing grade. This term, no one receives a failing grade. Withdrawn is also a grade given after a one-year grace period if the student is still unable to comply with requirements.
