Follow the steps to fill out the form successfully.

1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
2. Fill in the gray shaded areas with the information for your boat and crew. Click on a gray block to begin typing; it will expand to fit the information you enter. The gray shading itself will not print.
3. Refer to the text in gray, which provides English translations of the Spanish terms. This text will print out with the completed form.
4. Save the form with your boat and crew information using a new name to avoid reentering data when creating a new Crew List in the future.
5. Print only page two (or three) of the document to conserve paper, avoiding printing the instructions.
6. If you encounter difficulties when filling in the shaded areas, ensure that 'Protect Document' is checked in the Word Tools menu.
7. For making changes to the form itself, navigate to Word’s menu, select Tools->Unprotect Document to exit form-filling mode. To return to form-filling, choose Tools->Protect Document, pressing Enter if prompted for a password.
