5. In Section 4, provide other details such as total contract demand and type of service connection required (either permanent or temporary). Indicate the billing type, and if you have previously requested an electricity connection for the same premises, fill out the relevant details.
6. Attach all required documents listed under 'enclosures'. Make sure to tick the box for mandatory documents. Include your latest passport-size photograph and proof of identity, among others.
7. Read through the compliance section and ensure all prerequisites are met before making the payment for service charges.
8. Complete the declaration section, ensuring all information is accurate. Sign the document along with a second applicant if applicable.
9. Finally, save the changes to your application form. You can download, print, or share the completed form as required.
