The California National Guard Recruiting Achievement Ribbon (CARAR). This award is to provide recognition to those that have excelled in the field of recruiting. With the exception of full time recruiters, members must secure 3 enlistments in a 12 month period.

The California National Guard Achievement Medal honors California National Guard members who carry out outstanding or honorable service of a lesser nature than that warranting the California Commendation Medal.
