8. List all schools and colleges you have attended in the education section. Attach additional pages if required.
9. Detail any academic honors, awards, community involvement, scholarships, activities, and sports participation in the corresponding sections.
10. Complete the sponsor’s details section providing necessary contact information of your sponsor.
11. Optionally fill in the statistical information section to aid in university planning, followed by providing your college interests.
12. Review the application checklist for both undergraduate and graduate applications, ensuring all required documents are ready to be submitted.
13. Certify your application by signing and dating the form, confirming that all information is accurate.
14. Finally, save your changes, and choose to download, print, or share the completed application form as needed.
