- Proceed to Section 3 where you can nominate financial condition supporters who are willing to pay in case of non-compliance. Provide their details and repeat for additional supporters if necessary.
- In Section 4, elaborate on your reasons for applying for bail. Be as detailed as possible and attach additional sheets if necessary.
- Complete Section 5 by signing and dating the form to confirm that the information provided is true and that you understand the conditions related to your bail.
- Once the form is completed, return it to an Immigration Official at your place of detention. Await a response from the Home Office within 10 working days.
