On the File menu, click New from Template. On the rightmost-side, in the Search All Templates search box, type Calendar. Pick a calendar template you want and click Create. You can easily apply your own look to a calendar.

On your computer, open Google Calendar. At the left, next to "Other calendars," click Add other calendars. Create new calendar. Add a name and description for your calendar. Click Create calendar. If you want to share your calendar, click on it in the left bar, then select Share with specific people.

Tip: If you're already in Word for the web, see all the calendar templates by going to File > New, and then below the template images click More on Office.com. You'll be on the Templates for Word page. In the list of categories, click Calendars. As you work on the calendar, you'll probably want to Rename a file in it.

Select a calendar set folder and then click on the specific Office calendar template you want to use. A preview appears on the right side. Click Download to open a new document using the template. The calendar document is created displaying a table for each month.

In Word, go to File > New from Template > scroll down and select the Calendar option or do a search for calendar in the search bar in the top-right corner. There are a lot of default options already included with Word, and you can find more on the web if you'd like. Select a calendar.
