How to fill out the TCEQ 20091 online
The TCEQ 20091 form is essential for reporting benchmark monitoring data related to stormwater discharges from industrial activities in Texas. This guide will walk you through each step of filling out the form online, ensuring a clear and accurate submission.
Follow the steps to successfully complete the TCEQ 20091 form online.
- Click the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in your online editor.
- In the top right-hand corner, fill in the permit identification number assigned to your facility, which starts with ‘TXR05’ followed by four digits or a combination of letters and numbers. If you do not know this number, you will need to look it up or contact the appropriate authority.
- Complete the regulated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code or the Industrial Activity Code, and specify the relevant sector as per the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP).
- Refer to Part V of the MSGP to find the necessary benchmark monitoring parameters based on your SIC code.
- Enter the benchmark monitoring results for each sampling period, ensuring to average the values from all outfalls if multiple were sampled. Results should be recorded in milligrams per liter (mg/L). If results are provided in micrograms per liter, convert them by multiplying by 0.001.
- Mark the check box in the right-hand column if any annual average exceeds the benchmark level. Note that any exceedance must be investigated as outlined in Section IV.A. of the MSGP.
- Sign the completed report form and date it, certifying that the information submitted is accurate and complete as per applicable laws.
- Finally, submit the completed form to the TCEQ by the required deadline, which is March 31st of each year. Address it to the TCEQ Storm Water and Pretreatment Team.
