As a result the following consent must be signed and returned prior to the issuance of a Hunter Apprenticeship Safety Card. This card will allow an individual who is 12 years of age or older the opportunity to engage in hunting activities subject to the following conditions 1. Apprentice must be a resident of Ontario 2. Written parental consent is required if the apprentice is 12 to 15 years of age 3.
