12. If transferring within the district, the DIRAUX will notify you and both flotilla commanders. If outside the district, the DIRAUX will remove you from the district rolls and send your personnel record to the new DIRAUX.
13. After all approvals are secured, keep the completed form; you may need to save changes, download, print, or share it as required.
