Code § 93.17(c)(6), an unclaimed abandoned boat found on public waters or property can be sold by the Commission at public auction, if it has value. The purchaser may apply to the Commission for a title, which shall be free and clear from all previous liens and claims of ownership (58 Pa. Code § 93.110(c)(7)).
