12. Prepare your samples for shipping. Make sure to ship all tissue samples and the completed form together in one package.
13. If needed, contact Midwest Labs for free plant tissue sample bags (minimum of 10 bags).
14. Finally, review all sections one last time before saving your changes, downloading, or printing the form to keep a copy for your records.
