7. Fill in the lesson fee details according to the selected classes, including any discounts applicable based on your enrollment.
8. At this stage, indicate any additional fees such as the non-refundable registration/use fee and library ID card fee if applicable.
9. Calculate the total fees owed, including any optional scholarship contributions, and enter payment information, specifying your preferred payment method.
10. Ensure you review all inputs for accuracy, save changes, and then download or print a copy of the completed form for your records. Finally, submit the form as instructed.
